First Day

I saw the space needle, and I took a picture. It looked really bad, so I took the picture and made it into an artist sketch on my picture software. Now it looks really good. :)

Mountains from the plane to Seattle.

More mountains.

Today was a long day of traviling. Since we changed time zones so much, we had a 27 hour day. EXHAUSTING!! Once we arrived in our destination, Seattle, Washington. This is where our hotel was. After we went to our hotel,we went sight seeing. I, of course, forgot my camera! We went down to the port where there was a hilarious fish market. Here they would throw the fish at the customers! LOL After that we went to an awesome italian restaurant. Here I tried fried calamari. It was really good! But then I was told what part of the squid I was eating...

Second Day

The pool

The Java Cafe. This is where I went when I was bored or thirsty. MMMM coffee...

The smoke stack :)

GETTING ON THE SHIP!! :D

The Seattle skyline.

Today was a very fun day. We boarded the ship, and then explored it a bit. The ship was HUGE!! I was too tired to take many pictures today. I spent the rest of my day at a BBQ. :)

Third Day

This was on the island with the world's tallest totem pole. It was too foggy to see the totem pole, but it was still a cool island. We didn't stop here.

ABOVE: This is the mob of dolphins that we saw. Ignore the sound, I couldn't help talking and also my aunt and uncle were talking. :)
ABOVE: Ignore the ending on this one. I guess I got really excited or something. ROFL. Sorry.

Today was a pretty cool. As you can see above, we saw dolphins and whales from the ship today. That was most of my day. :)

Fourth Day

My best sunset picture.

People pulling us into our port in Ketchikan.

A totem pole in Ketchikan.

Some of the mountains that go all through Alaska.

The ship after we got off for Ketchikan.

A cool sign that lights up in Ketchikan.

This is the river that the salmon use to enter Alaska.

This is part of Ketchikan. You can also see the only stop light and the mountains.

Another sunset picture

Today was our first day to stop at a port. We stopped in Ketchikan. Ketchikan was so small, it only had one stop light! We went shopping here all day, but I chose not to shop. Instead I walked the whole town and took pictures. I didn't take long to walk the town! After this we went back to the ship, and I had the best dinner ever! I had cheese tortillini in a herb sauce. :D It's my new favorite food. :) After this, I went back to my aunt's room, and took sunset pictures.

Fifth Day

A golden eagle I saw when we saw the glacier.

A very pretty mountain picture I took while entering Juneau.

A bald eagle and some sea lions sitting on top of a buoy on our whale trip.

Whales we saw on our whale trip.

The mother and baby whale we saw. I took more whale pictures, but there's not enough space for all of them.

Sea lions we saw on the whale watching trip.

The glacier we saw.

Ice close to the glacier we saw.

The zoo in our room.

ABOVE: A video I took of a whale. Sorry about the long time until the ending.

Today we went to our second port, Juneau, the capital. We went on a whale watching trip here. After this we went back on the ship and went to a fjord, which had glaciers. By the end of the day, I had seen bears, eagles, whales, seals, sea lions, and other animals. After whale watching and glacier seeing, I returned to my room to find it was becoming a zoo!

Sixth Day

The Mendenhall Glacier.

This rock had marble in it, and it had a sea gull on it too. I saw this on the glacier excursion.

The Mendenhall Glacier. We saw this during a medical emergency for one of the passengers.

At Glacier Point. We went here on the glacier excursion.

The glacier we saw on the glacier excursion.

The city of Skagway.

Getting back on the ship.

ABOVE: These are two videos I made while canoing to the glacier on our glacier excursion.

We went to Skagway today. I got to go on another excursion. We took an hour boat ride to an island called Glacier Point. Only 11 people live here! We then took a canoe to the glacier. It was so pretty! After the excursion, we went into town. Then after that, we got on the ship. Shortly after we left Skagway, we had to go to the closest place for a medical emergency that one of the passengers had. The island we went to had the Mendenhall glacier!
